Services available to seniors 65 yrs old and up, who meet eligibility criteria.

24 hour attendant services, personal support, homemaking, emergency on-call and re-assurance checks are available to consumers in their own homes who live within designated geographical "clusters" in the Mississauga Halton region.

Clients schedule times based on preference, anytime of the day within a 24 hour period, seven days a week, 365 days a year , and are designed for consumers with overnight needs or more frequent needs than those services offered through the CCAC.

Following a referral from the hospital will meet patients at their home, if family or other help is not available; assist them into their residence and get them settled after their Emergency Room visit.

Presently available through Trillium Mississauga & Queensway Site, Credit Valley and Oakville Memorial Hospitals.

Referrals to our Senior programs are handled through the CCAC.
