Services available to adults 16 yrs old and up, who meet eligibility criteria.

Supportive Housing - a 24 hour attendant services, personal support, homemaking, emergency on-call and re-assurance checks available to eligible consumers onsite within 29 fully accessible rental apartment units integrated within two apartment building sites located in Toronto. Rent Geared to Income (RGI) available to those who qualify.

Clients schedule times based on preference, anytime of the day within a 24 hour period, seven days a week, 365 days a year, and are designed for consumers with overnight needs or more frequent time needs than those services offered through the CCAC.

Applications for our Supportive Housing sites can be made through the Project Information Centre (PIC) which is a branch of the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT).

Attendant Outreach - 6:00 am - 12:00 midnight personal support, attendant service light homemaking supports provided to eligible consumers at home, work or educational settings. Attendant Outreach is available throughout the Mississauga area. No overnight or emergency response available.
