Attendant, Permanent Full Time (AO – Attendant Outreach)

Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or delegate, the full time Attendant provides clearly defined personal care, routine activities of living and homemaking services to adults with physical disabilities residing in their own residences within the communities served by Nucleus and by following service plans and established policies and procedures. Position provides service to consumers (seniors) in the Supports for Daily Living program, as assigned.

Scheduled Work Hours This position works a set schedule of 80 hours in a pay period. The successful candidates may be assigned to work AM or PM shifts, as required.

Your responsibilities, seniority and wage rate will remain the same; your hours of work will increase to full time hours.

Successful candidates are eligible to participate in Nucleus’ group benefits plan three (3) months after their start date in their full-time position.
