Big Bike Ride for Heart & Stroke. On June 16th, 2016, Nucleus staff raised an amazing $3,221 for the Heart & Stroke Foundation - this was our third consecutive Big Bike Ride. We had a lot of fun and raised money for a worthy cause. Great job everyone!
On Wednesday, June 22, 2016 Nucleus and various members from the MH LHIN attended a meeting with delegates from Singapore’s Agency of Integrated Care. The objective of the meeting was to meet with guests from the Agency for Integrated Care and provide them with an overview of a number of Mississauga Halton LHIN innovative models that keep people at home, including Home First, Supports for Daily Living and the Caregiver Respite Program, and provide an overview of our recently completed Community Capacity Planning Study. Dr. Samir Sinha designed the agenda, which aims to fulfill the delegates’ identified learning needs and exchange ideas.
