Values Inspired Person

This year we established a new award that recognizes an individual who demonstrates outstanding contributions to the organization and embodies our six values – integrity, compassion, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence – every day.

The Nominations Committee evaluated all submissions, and awarded Oksana Yarymovych, SDL Attendant, who has been with Nucleus for 14 years. “Oksana is able to support her clients in challenging situations. She is a team player, who works together providing suggestions on how to improve the quality of care for her clients,” says Kenzie Greenhalgh, Care Team Lead. Congratulations are also in order for Nilmini Senewiratne and Griselia Alfaro for being the finalists of this year’s award. Together, all of these Attendants exemplify excellence every day.
