An investment in Adult Day Programs for older adults in our community.

It was an absolute pleasure to have the Honorable Anita Anand, Member of Parliament for Oakville and President of the Treasury Board, stop by Nucleus on December 20, 2023 to announce a $176,000 investment in the Central Registry on behalf of the Community Services Recovery Fund.

The funding will enhance service integration for seniors in our region and provide better access to clients and caregivers for Adult Day Programs, including CANES Community Care, Alzheimer Society Peel, Halton Region, Seniors Life Enhancement Centres, Next Step Active Living - City of Mississauga, Indus Community Services, Acclaim Health, Region of Peel, Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care, and ESS Support Services.
