Hear what our clients have to say about us and what we're working on to continue to improve their experience.

Bi-annually, we engage with our clients through a short survey to learn about their experience at Nucleus. This helps us understand things we are doing well and where we can continue to improve. The latest results from Fall 2023 have been reviewed by our internal teams and are being mailed to every client. We're excited to share the results here:
Highlights:
• 98% of clients reported 'usually’/'always' feeling safe while receiving care.
• 96% of clients reported feeling 'usually’/'always' treated with courtesy and respect.
• 90% of clients reported being "fully" or "mostly" involved in planning their home care.
How we're actioning areas of improvement:
- More enhanced communication through the Family Portal
- Innovative scheduling practices with a partnership with the University of Ottawa
- Attracting, recruiting and onboarding more PSWs through college practicums.
