Bell Let’s Talk Day was this week and once again helped illuminate discussions about breaking the silence around mental illness and supporting mental health across Canada.
The Let’s Talk Toolkit is filled with so many excellent resources about starting conversations around mental health and this year has a separate page devoted to COVID-19 resources for yourself and your loved ones. With 40% of Canadians reporting that their mental health has declined since the start of the pandemic (source: CAMH), there may be something useful there for many of us. As always, you are not alone.
